For those of you who are out of the area, Oakland is located in the center of the East Bay just a short distance to the heart of everything. This area is where the three cities converge to create the Berkeley-Oakland-Emeryville Corridor, which is one of the best areas in California for its progressive cultural attitudes, and burgeoning financial development. The property has a great regional location close to all Transportation systems, BART, buses, close freeway/regional highway access, and bridges.

    Currently, we have a large and "comfy" private suite/office in a 4 office suite. The current configuration and layout of the space fits a large sofa in addition to a full-size writing desk and a single large overstuffed chair. There is also a large window along almost an entire wall that faces you as soon as opening the door to the private suite from the common area hallway corridor. There are bars on the window for safety and security purposes, which also came with the building since we recently took over management. Also, the current accent paint in the space can be kept as is or we will return it to a basic neutral color. Keep in mind, with commercial units we are more inclined to allow personal modifications at the cost to the tenant since these spaces are typically used for small businesses and interaction with their clientele and demographic associated with the occupation (i.e., painting, flooring, lighting, etc.).

    There is a large furnished common waiting room that leads to a private hallway/corridor that is used as the main restroom for the Suite #130 Combination, which includes #130A, #130B, #130C & #130D. As previously mentioned, there is some storage as well as a large furnished waiting area that is shared and also furnished by the current "suite-mates" of the the following Suite Combos: Suite #130A thru D &Suite #140A thru D) who all have access and use this waiting area as the general greeting/waiting area for clients. It is a quiet space great for psychotherapists and massage therapists and other users needing a place to work and meet clients.
