• Flexible Start Date:  Even though this unit is available now, we recognize that you may not be ready to move-in immediately.  So, feel free to pick a different start date between now and August 1^st.  In the event you have personal property to store, we will allow you to move your items into your apartment before your lease starts.  You will only be charged $1 per month for storage. 
  
  
• Partial Occupancy Temporary Rent Reduction:  For those in group living situations, some roommates may be ready to move-in now, while others need a later start date.  If you start your lease now, we will reduce the rent by the proportional share of the apartment not being used.  So, if you are renting a two bedroom apartment with four people and two are using one bedroom and are moving in July 1^st and the other two sharing the second bedroom will be moving in August 1^st,then only half the rent will need to be paid for the month of July. 
  
  
• UCB Academic In-Class Lease:  For those who are either full-time UC Berkeley Students or Faculty or Staff, who are unclear as to when in-class instruction will resume, you can chose to sign an in-class academic lease.  You will have the option to delay your start date until UC Berkeley resumes in-class instruction.  In the event you have personal property to store, we will allow you to move your items into your apartment before your lease starts.  You will only be charged $1 per month for storage.
  
  
• Start your Lease July 1st: Receive a $1000 Amazon Gift Card if you start your lease on July 1st.

Neighborhood Description
This property is in the central thoroughfare between El Sobrante and Pinole. The area is central to the I-80 corridor and many conveniences such as the Pinole Vista Shopping Center. Within walking distance of the property, there are numerous restaurants to enjoy from Mexican, Indian and Chinese cuisine. Trader Joe's super market is a 5-minute drive down to Pinole Valley Road, where you will find Peet's Coffee and many other convenient places to stop in for your daily needs.
