Given the seasonal nature of the rental market, the Owners don’t expect to receive around $2,395 per month for this apartment, which they would have received in June. Instead, they are offering to rent this apartment at a below market average rent of $1,900 per month through July 31st, 2021.

Berkeley has rent control. The law prevents us from simply lowering the rent in the off-season and then raising it back up when the market changes. So, instead, we have to provide our promotions in an unconventional way. Your terms will be as follows:
