The Bellevue Lake Walk Apartments is a 13 unit complex offering Studios, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments. This building has recently been remodeled and is immaculately maintained.  The on site laundry facility ensures you don’t spend nights at a laundry mat, and off street parking means you’ll never have to circle the block hoping for a spot.

The Bellevue apartments have a mix of cozy carpet and hardwood floors. The expansive living area is enhanced by the large windows and sunny California light they let in. You’ll find that the bedrooms are spacious along with more than adequate closets. 

Currently we have a spacious 1 bedroom with new bamboo floors in the living room and carpet in the bedroom. New appliances and counter tops were installed in the kitchen. This is a fantastic apartment which won't last!

Neighborhood

This building is conveniently located to everything you could need. You can get groceries with ease having Safeway, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes all walking distance away.You can take your daily walk around Lake Merritt as it is just a half a block away.  If you’re looking to go to the city you can hop on the Lake Merrit BART which is only a 5 minute drive.

Oakland itself has a fantastic night life, you can head over to the Heart and Dagger Saloon for a cheap drink and a game of Pinball, or you might find yourself at Z Bar and Café with a Genie Martini and a plate of spicy muscles. There is also the day time comfort of strong coffee and a sweet treat at Café 504 located nearby.
