Before submitting a service issue, please browse through our list of common maintenance problems. By following these simple solutions, you may be able to resolve your issue quickly, without the need of our maintenance crew. Contact your resident manager if you have urgent hazardous building issue and then call the after hours emergency line. Please do not call this line unless it is really a major emergency.
After Hours Lock Out Key Service is Not Available.
If you have misplaced your keys or locked yourself out, please come by our office during normal business hours to pick up a copy of the key. Contact your resident manager if you have one for assistance.
If you need access outside of normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm) you will need to hire, at your own expense, a locksmith to open the door. If you do get new keys, please be sure to bring the office 3 copies of the key and email repairs@premiumpd.com to let us know.

Coin operated machines are owned and operated by the “WASH” laundry Company. They are responsible for all repairs and issues with the machines. If the machines break or for issues with the machines, please contact the “WASH” company directly to let them know.

The detector beeping could indicate a battery that is at the end of its life. If the detector has a 9 volt battery, please submit a service request to have the Smoke Detector replaced with a new one. 9 volt batteries are no longer permitted. All detectors should have a seal 10 year lithium battery that cannot be replaced. If a smoke alarm is chirping, it is an indication that the battery is dying and the unit will need to be replaced.
CO Alarm Beeping or Chirping – Beeping could be either a dying battery or an indicator that there is CO in the unit. Often multiple chirps is an indicator that carbon monoxide has been detected in the area, you should move to fresh air and call 9-1-1 and/or PGE.
Contact PG&E at 1.800.743.5000 to determine if there are any outages in the area. Make sure that you have paid your bill and PG&E has not disconnected service.
Hair and debris can often be easily removed from sink and shower drains using a simple tool under $5. Do not use Liquid Plumber.
