Property Description:

Our building features 10 spacious two-bedroom units, of which four have been recently renovated and include granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, beautiful hardwood floors, certified heaters, and energy-efficient windows offering ample lighting. We take sustainability and environmental stewardship seriously: all units are being upgraded with water-saving toilets and faucets,  solar water heater, and 3-way recycling and composting. Additional building amenities include energy-efficient washer and dryer, and a locked bike storage room. The building features an on-site laundry room and large parking area in the back of the building.

Your answer to at least one of these questions must be YES!  Premium Properties recognizes that during these uncertain times, we need to provide you with as much flexibility as possible.  So, if you sign a lease and pay your move-in funds within 48 hours of being approved, you will be able to choose from ONE of the following amazing Premium Promotions:

• >Flexible Start Date:  Even though this unit is available now, we recognize that you may not be ready to move-in immediately.  So, feel free to pick a different start date between now and August 1^st.  In the event you have personal property to store, we will allow you to move your items into your apartment before your lease starts.  You will only be charged $1 per month for storage. 
  

• >Partial Occupancy Temporary Rent Reduction:  For those in group living situations, some roommates may be ready to move-in now, while others need a later start date.  If you start your lease now, we will reduce the rent by the proportional share of the apartment not being used.  So, if you are renting a two bedroom apartment with four people and two are using one bedroom and are moving in July 1^st and the other two sharing the second bedroom will be moving in August 1^st, then only half the rent will need to be paid for the month of July.


• >UCB Academic In-Class Lease:  For those who are either full-time UC Berkeley Students or Faculty or Staff, who are unclear as to when in-class instruction will resume, you can chose to sign an in-class academic lease.  You will have the option to delay your start date until UC Berkeley resumes in-class instruction.  In the event you have personal property to store, we will allow you to move your items into your apartment before your lease starts.  You will only be charged $1 per month for storage.

• >Start your Lease July 1st: Receive a $1000 Amazon Gift Card if you start your lease on July 1st.

Fall in love with the neighborhood right on the border of Berkeley and Oakland. Two blocks in one direction is a Whole Foods and two blocks in the other direction is the amazing White Horse Inn bar. The 50-year-old Smokehouse burger joint is half a block away and you can find spectacular Ethiopian, Burmese, Thai, and Vietnamese restaurants just further down.
